While It could be fully made by you or something else. This looks like it used flixel, would this be correct? Either way it looks real nice.

Nice job, I've always wanted to use flixel but could never muster the mind power to read through and actually use it. Actually let alone the mind power to finish a project in general ^^. But it plays nice.
