Be Right Back, Uninstalling

Howdy all. Been playing on brbu for the past few weeks as I got it during the Steam summer sale. Figured I should at least introduce myself. I go by the name of TOH, a proud New Jerseyan just looking to earn his stripes here. I'm still hoping to improve my play, but I know many of you got a nice head start on me, so hopefully I don't anger you guys too much when I hit that uber at the completely wrong time or die too much (I really need to get that ratio down...).

Alright, having been here a bit more and getting more involved, I think I owe you guys a better intro.

I go by the name of TOH, pronounced like "toe" or "tow" (not T-O-H!). Been playing here since June...and well, since I'm still here, obviously I like this place! My class preferences are Heavy and Scout. Heavy mainly just to mow players down, but I love the character, too. Scout, obviously the speed's a draw. I like rushing ahead and trying to get points capped for my team as soon as possible, or just trying to cap the intel, which I think I'm getting pretty good at (I almost always play Scout on CTF). I'll switch to Medic and Engie as needed, though. I think I'm getting the hang of TF2 more and more as I play, but I still suck a lot compared to most of you. Ah well, can't do much when you all have had such a huge head start!

My interests...video games are obvious. I grew up with Nintendo, so that's pretty much where my loyalty lies as a consumer, but I'm not anti-Microsoft or anti-Sony or anything. Just where my wallet lies as far as consoles go. The Phoenix Wright series is probably my favorite, and Pokemon's always been there throughout my life. Always been a fan of Mario games, too (Galaxy 2 blew me away).

Sports might be my greatest passion, especially football. I'm a recent graduate of Rutgers, and I've been to every home football game there in my 4 years as a student and also went to every home game this year as an alum. I just love the experience of going to those games and cheering along, especially the hard-fought wins and even storming the field a couple times. But don't think I'm just into college football, as I'm a huge NFL fan, too. I play fantasy football, make predictions, watch all the games on Sunday, all that stuff. My favorite team would be the 49ers if anyone's curious. Depressing, I know.

My personal life, as I said, recent graduate. I'm actually only a few weeks into my first full-time job as a sysadmin in NYC, but I'm not too big on it. I worked at Rutgers prior to that, and I'm thinking about going back if they take me back in, but funding is tough there, so I don't know. Still trying to figure out what exactly I want to do with my life, pretty much.

That's about it. Hopefully you guys have a better sense of what I'm about now.
