I installed it back when they had a closed beta for GA subscribers. I was not amused the microtransaction store was already open, and never really played it. Patching back up now, starting from version 0.1.630.0. Considering they're on 1.0.905.0, this may take a while...
Maxgor on it. I went into it, very skeptical, I had tried to play the old one a long time back and didn't like it and generally don't like the floaty action shooters, but I'm really enjoying the game. Pretty crazy fun.

you can earn everything in the store via exp, it just takes a long-ass time, and say you buy a weapon from the store you aren't paying to win as you need to apply xp to upgrade it to its full potential

Mother of God, the plasma gun is ridiculously OP.
Yeah it's gonna need a nerf soon. It's basically an automatic spinfusor. It's not as explosive strong as the Arx Buster, but god damn does it kill people quick. I was getting annihilated by them as a heavy.
Very nice to have. Lots of explosives with the secondary being the thumper dx.

I'd much rather use the pistol as secondary. You have no way to secure a kill if the enemy is moving in the air or running away otherwise unless you're a super good shot with spinfusor.
