Things worth certing for general utility or dropping dosh on, also state why in your post...


Squad Beacon - If you are running a squad, its very very worth it, be wary though, in a platoon only people in your squad can drop on your beacon.
50 Points (?) - Squad Leader Tree

Pulsar Select Fire - Dual Unlock Engi/Light Assault, great for mid/long range with those classes

Reflex Sights - Varies by gun, but some kind of sight depending on the range helps a lot
30 Points

AMS For the Sunderer - Everyone should get this at some point, even if you don't drive bus, you can pull and pass it to someone who does
50 Points
Dual buster / dual shotty max.

Melts faces.
The first couple level acquisition timers

11 points per vehicle/max

Just an easy way to get back into the fight sooner with your vehicles and aircraft.  Especially the sunderer.
Medkit - 50 certs - universal utility slot - avoids relying on medic in the moment and can keep you going.

Pulsar LSW for HA - Closer to a TR gun.  High fire rate and good accuracy at range.  Gotten plenty of kills at sniper range with it.  Also speccs up nicely with both reflex sights, NV sight, forward grip, and probably the flash reducer.

Lasher - Good for up close face rape.

Hades - AV lockon rockets.  Has good range and much more effective than the MAX and can still be dumb fired.  MAXes can deal with the air craft and if you get enough ppl shooting an ESF with regular guns it'll go down or at least run away.

Also make sure you're buying up lots of consumables liked kits and grenades.  Esp if you're about to logoff.
Worth it:

Extra Ammo & 1.25x optics for every gun on every vehicle. They're 1 cert each, just make sure you equip them in all of your loadouts. Even if you don't drive/fly regularly, these will make your gunners much much happier when you do.

Fury rocket launcher for the Flash. Because driving indoors, upstairs, and surprising MAX suits with it is well worth the SC. Also having a rapid transport that can actually shoot things is nice.

Solstice SF. Select-fire Carbine for Engineer & Light Assault. Might as well make your weapon upgrade certs go further by dumping them into a decent gun you can use on two classes.
- 2x Reflex. Because trying to snipe using single-fire with ironsights sucks.
- IRNV. Because trying to shoot through smoke sucks.
- Underslung grenade launcher was awesome in beta, haven't tried it since release.
- Same goes for HV rounds and the Compensator in combo. Awesome in beta, haven't tried since release.

Thanatos. Because shotgun. Works for every class except Infil.People tell me the one with 8 in the clip is better, but the Thanatos is what I've got.
- Slug. Because not being able to shoot at range at all sucks.

V10. Bolt-action monstrosity.
- 10x Scope. Because triangular scopes suck.

Lasher. Silenced explosive plasma machine gun awesomeness.

AV Laser cannon for Magrider. Because laser DPS is godly.

Purple underlights for Magrider. Because purple.

Snowy Tundra Armor Camo & Weapon Camo. Because it looks badass and nobody can find you as infil on Esamir when you have it on.

(only sorta kidding on those last two)

Actually next time we defend a tech plant or AMP station, this is exactly what I am telling/asking people to do



Unfortunately I wont be able to get any of the fun toys like that until after I max out squad beacon, which is gonna take about 1000 Points, I believe

Also we can C4 the AMS and run it as a jihad wagon.

Re: jihad wagon, I wonder if C4 detonates/destroys neighboring C4, and if not, if they despawn if the thing they're attached to is destroyed. Because that's an interesting thing to try, and can even be done with something like the Flash if the shields are down (which continues rolling after you bail off of it as well).

We can test this very easily, need a flash and two people with C4

Put both bricks on the front of it, one person detonates, then the other sees after a second or two if they can as well.

This serves two purposes - Does friendly C4 destroy other C4, and if a vehicle is destroyed, does C4 continue to stick to that vehicle's corpse if not destroyed.

I have shield diffuser. I just need the weapons, which will probably be a while.
HA Defense Certs: Resist Shield and Nanoweave Armour. Together they provide maximum protection for prolonged fightfights.

Edit: Providing context, I've now run every combination. Flak is situational but solid for when we're running anti-armour(counters all fucking HE turrets out there) and the Shield Regen is really only worth it for skirmishes. The other 2 over-shields, NMG and Adrenaline are a little weak in their current forms. NMG just disappears too quick, and the Adrenaline Shield just doesn't return enough unless you're in a meat grinder situation.
