looking for a windows 8 tablet running full version of windows 8 (not RT). not terribly concerned about price. this seems pretty good:

Spotted this a little late. Used to work at one of Microsoft's retail outlets, so I think maybe I've got some perspective here, if you still need it.
Running RT is not bad, especially if a "tablet" is what you're looking for, not necessarily something that can run x86 apps. Only setback with RT is waiting for it's app marketplace to mature, which Microsoft has great developer initiatives in place to accelerate.
But if you must run x86 applications, there are two votes in my book: the Acer Iconia W510, and the Surface Pro. The Iconia W510 is a lightweight Intel Atom (Clover Trail revision) device running full Windows 8. The build quality is rather like one of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1s, the screen is 1366x768 (so not as high-res as the Surface Pro), and the touchscreen is capacitive instead of digitized, so don't expect quality stylus-ing out of it, but otherwise the UI is extremely snappy, and it multitasks fluidly and without hitches. One of the faster browsing experiences I've had on a tablet.
The Surface Pro is i5-based, so you've got something equal to the power of most Ultrabooks, with a 5-point digitized touchscreen for fine input and a 1920x1080 resolution. It's a very powerful tablet but it's squeezing quite a bit of hardware into a (relatively) tiny form factor so in addition to it's $899 starting price tag, you get a battery life of about 4 hrs and an active cooling system (read: fans). It does run a little warm I hear but not much more than an iPad on a 4G connection, if you've ever felt one of those.

I bought a tablet, then bought a keyboard dock for it, then realized I had a VERY expensive Android netbook. I was not pleased with myself.
