Id like to get some input from everyone on ideas for things we can do to keep things fresh and fun.

Really the only big time shenanigans I can think of is us doing AA ops, which with time (and our present WG location) has lost some of its effectiveness.

The large outfit gals we were targeting now are getting better advanced warning of our presence and flying their gals to avoid us (And ESFs/Libs) rather than directly engaging us. Or running a swarm of 'decoy' galaxies to keep us from picking off the 12/12 ones.

No-Fly Zones might be better used as a 'flank with the zerg' tactic than on our own, get out ahead of it and any place they'd pull re-enforcements from, get in the way.

I want to do my best to keep things both fresh and fun with a fluctuating number of people.

Here are another few ideas that have crossed my mind.....

Firefighters (Roaming Gal Squad) - This was discussed before but I don't feel like we did it very much
- Needs 1 FULL Gal
- 1 - 2 Escort ESFs
- Can Scale with additional Gals or Escort Libs/ESFs
- Find territory with Enemies/Squads that is ticking down and push them out
- Seek Small-Mid Sized Fights or assist in a flank on a large® target

Its Raining Men (Makeshift OS Galaxy) - Drop Squads of LA onto deployed AMSes (or crowded AA pads) from ceiling
- Needs 1 FULL Gal
- 1-2 Escort ESFs
- Not for more than ~15 people
- Gunners STAY in the galaxy (everyone else is an LA + C4)
- Drop from ceiling, use your jets to correct positioning, land, C4/kill things
- This is a suicide drop, kill what you can and respawn back at a predetermined location

Hunter-Killer Bus
- Bus with Blockade / IR Smoke / Racer
- Charge enemy positions, unload Grunts (1 Engi, 2 Medics, rest HAs)
- Run back to a back-up bus to spawn at and repeat, the main bus will NOT have AMS
- HAs should be running a dumb-fire-able rocket launcher since this will be point blank assaulting.
- Caps out at ~13-14 people.

If anyone has other ideas please post them here
Did we ever try and see if the zombie cap thing works or not?

I.E. losing a point/base, everyone dies around point, someone throws a revive grenade and/or we just have medics "revive" everyone but we all stay on the menu for a good couple of minutes till the base clears out to click "yes"
We need a flash assault squad. Everybody has a flash, preferably equipped with a fury, and rides toward infantry positions.

That would be Gay Bike Night/Pride Parade XD

*edit*

Also we could try Suicide Squad shield diffuser bus.  Would be best at bio labs and amp stations.  Once we're in the CY areas run a diffuser bus in.  Gunners stay in, probably using some kind of AOE AI weapon.  Everyone else gets out, tosses grenades, tank mines/C4s any buses, tank mines vpads, and then starts shooting as much as possible.  Could also run one mineguard something or other into the shield first to clear any exterior mines.

This will be even better now that the flash can have a passenger with weapons

Too bad there's no way they'll allow MAX suits to ride there Tongue  But could be a good reason to get the standard AA launcher.

Treetop Tank Targeting Tacdicks:

Step 0: Be able to predict large enemy armor zerg pushes.

Step 1: Set  bacon up somewhere in the Vanu Archives / Reagent Rock / NS Research Labs area of the map.

Step 2: Engineers with AV turrets and heavy assaults with Hades (AV + dumbfire) drop on top of trees.

Step 3: Focus fire on a single enemy vehicle.

Step 4: Enjoy putting confused tank drivers on timer.

I'll be trying this tonight.  Unlike my attempt to try it last night.  Which ended up looking a lot more like getting called into work at 7 PM XD
Also, Lancers will work with that, I assume.
We don't have enough shenanigans.

Annual brb.u Auraxis Marathon Race:

We should all, for one evening, form teams of 2-3 racers and attempt to circle each continent, heedless of the territory control. Depending on how many are willing/online, either harassers or flashes will be used. Each team will be composed of 1/2 engineers and an infiltrator. The infiltrator is there to hack any vehicle terminals for just in case any squares attempt to stop our fun, and the engineers are obvious. To keep everything fair, all vehicles should have no upgrades attached, besides any ams sundies for respawns. When all the racers are finished on one continent, we'll move on to the next, until all the continents have been raced.

We did a harasser race the other night. The course took is past a TR base swarming with infantry and the finish line was off the edge of a cliff. I won

You can always just remove the upgrade from your vehicle if you own it. The only upgrade that can't be unequipped is the acquisition timer, and that shouldn't be a problem with multiple people.

Yeah, losing the horn is pretty rough. But we all must make snackrifices for the whole.
