Ok so my CPU is finally irritating me enough to want to OC it.  I need a reliable, time efficient method for OCing and stability testing.  I basically don't wanna spend a week doing this.  I'm quite familiar with my bios, I just need a general method for approaching this since I've never OCd anything.
CPU and mobo?

There are different ways depending on chipset.

Like I said, I've never done this XD

Also might be a good time to reseat the heatsink and get an SSD.  Maybe more ram too since upgrading the cpu at any point isn't an option.
You might be the only member with a Bloomfield.
