Does it happen in portal?

Are your drivers up to date?

Is it on every map?

Have you tried reinstalling/defragmenting TF2?

Do you have any other problems with other games?

listen to caff. he's the only helpful one on this thread.
helpfullness starts now.

I really can't tell you anything, I've never encountered that issue.

You could've been more specific in your post though...
Sounds almost like screwed up HDR maps or something.  Is HDR on?  Try turning it off.  Also, could be heat related.  Use nmonitor/rivatuner (nvidia/ATI) to check your temps while playing (run TF2 in a window and keep the temp indicator on the side and watch what it does.
Clean your glasses.
If you are not wearing glasses, stop squinting and buy glasses.

Or, post system specs, software/driver versions.

Morons... When someone posts asking for help, don't bury the discussion like that please.

Anyways, like other people have said, you'll need to give a lot more information before we can really help you.

What happened to this thread?  Anyways I used to get weird blue jaggies and other things that popped up randomly and a trick that worked I dunno why is to shift tab into the community thing.  Somehow that reset the graphics.  Is it all the time or just occasionally?  Also post a progress of what you tried and how it worked.
