When we the last time you booted up Planetside 2?

Maybe a month or two ago, maybe more than that...played for a little bit, got lost, or got frustrated when we'd call for something like 'Long Range AV Camp' but you don't have the money to drop on long range AV?

Well, I have pretty good news, for the most part we've stopped doing that, we've been running (highly) effective shock troop units. On the nights when we've had 10ish people following waypoint directions and sticking as a group we've been able to fight forces up to three times our size.

During an alert we had a decently mixed group of regulars and pubbies hold a tech plant when we were at <15% population on Amerish by moving quickly and giving ourselves enough breathing room and tactical positioning to hold off an assault. We pretty much were the VS population on the continent. When the NC zerg finally showed up with more than double our numbers, the buffer we had was enough to bleed them down long enough for another platoon to come and re-enforce, and it got us a tie on the alert.

Why am I recanting this tale to you?

Simple - I would like more of you to come out, its fun to run with our group of regulars and have a good 6-8 people coordinating. But what we can accomplish if we have 20 or so people (with mic discipline of course), we can (and will) pub stomp anything short of another outfit throwing 50+ at us.

While I have not been able to run TFT for sometime now, treat this like the new TFT. You don't have to eat, breathe, and sleep PS2, but come out and shoot the shit with us and have a beer. I miss a lot of you  :-*

To those of you who already regularly show - Poke the people you talk to often, and force ask them kindly to come join us.

TL;DR
Get in game, and get on the point, you filthy cunts.

Thanks Elder,
BRBU Fun Times in Planetside 2

I think Planetside has just by default replaced both TFT and FNF.

Also: damn.  That video is so OLD, back when tank mines were not the size of a space shuttle and would explode on top of vehicles...

PIIIIIIIZZZZA BOX DELIVERY!

Also yes, more fun with more awesome people.  Also, there's always plenty of need for vehicle gunners.

This would be cool!

Poor TF2'ers would feel left out though.
Also when you get in game tonight, please start inviting the hell out of people.
I've been on nights every Saturday for the past three weeks..
Won't be around until maybe midnight, and these things are usually over by then
ALSO: Get in Mumble, we do all our communication there.  If you don't have it get it, it's really tiny.  Even if you don't have a mic you can still listen to orders and everyone else having fun.
