Curious if any of you guys play either of these games. 1.6 Started me big time into the competitive gaming field and I miss it.
CS: GO.
COD
V-V-NOPE
Right to the point lol, good stuff. I was thinking about getting CS GO, but I dunno. From the glance I took, it seems like they monetized it. Buying skins, etc. Meh.

As someone who prefers play games vanilla, the classic competitive mode significantly makes a difference to me. It's the only way I play anymore, small monetezation to maps and skin/model makers doesn't bother me much so long as it is in support of indie dev teams or developers.

It's not that bad. The skins are cool and all, but the competitive mode remains the same. It also has a good player base and matches are generally really even. And if the match is a landslide..usually no one leaves..(cough Dota cough).
play more tf2
Csgo more recently. Moos scar and I play semi regularly. And as for the skins: the market is active enough that I have earned back more than the value of the game through drops. You don't have to spend any money in this game, but sometimes investing in things like operation passes can give a return.
