Yeah there's a reddit posting, but I don't know or care who those people are.

Warning, Morse Code is loud

Edit:
Update: there is a tumblr now
http://12072299.tumblr.com/
a warning that an ear-splitting alarm and a countdown timer was all that awaited would have been helpful to those of us who lack the context.
Morse Code but yeah should have done that
The numbers are in the same font that Fallout 3 and New Vegas use.

Ekarus tells me somewhere in the code for is a link to Bethesda Software's YouTube Channel.

Inspecting the element also reveals several URLs for Prepareforthefuture.com; the Fallout website;
http://prepareforthefuture.com/static/00...er_apo.png and others.

The 2299 might be a year, if it is, it is 18 years after the events of Fallout: New Vegas, and 21 years after Fallout 3

Here's the file for the MP3 of the Morse Code http://thesurvivor2299.com/radio/bridgep...d1b93c.mp3

Bridgeport is the name of a city in Connecticut.

There is a second mp3 in the site code named "fall river".

Fall River is a city in Massachusetts.

Current rumors place the setting of Fallout 4 near Boston, Massachusetts, 158 miles from Bridgeport.

Massachusetts has been stated to be the location of The Commonwealth in Fallout.

The Morse code comes out to "12 11 13 11 12 13".
If the code were written as an IP address, 121.113.111.213, it points to an IP in Fukushima Japan.(think nuclear disaster... fallout.)

Fallout 4 confirmed.
this was in the source code, 404s right now but will probably be added to the site at some point in the future, probably another morse code signal

No surprise honestly, also a New England area based Fallout makes sense, since that's where Bethesda's main offices are (Maryland specifically, which isn't technically New England, but damn close)...

Anyway, cost of research and travel from MD to New England states < Travel from MD to NV... unless a lot of their level designers work remotely, which... who knows.
so the million dollar question..
Is fallout going back to classic turn based gameplay?

IT wouldn't really flow right with the first person perspective in my opinion. Maybe it could work third person but the problem is the way we travel the wastes in the past two games. So my opinion, no I don't think they will.
at least the vats system exists to make the bad first person shooting in bethesda fallout games completely trivial, especially whenever you get the perk that replenishes ap on a successful kill. too bad the elder scrolls games don't have that same luxury

the best game ever would have bethesda's open world and stories and npcs with dark soul's combat, leveling, and upgrade mechanics.
i would want elder scrolls combat to feel like a character action game in an ideal world. imagine if it had the fluidity and responsiveness of something like devil may cry 4 or bayonetta, and just style all over everyone, the guy in this vid is fighting 2 of the same boss

DMC4 : Double Credo # 1
I think DMC combat mechanics would better fit a final fantasy or phantasty star world. The slow lethal ploddingness of dark souls seems to match the grim atmospherics of bethesda worlds.
The next Fallout needs to be Bethesda world meets Rage gunplay.  That's what Rage was supposed to be anyway!

Rage was a Bethesda game though.

Also, the page now has one of the little logos you see on the slides in Vaults.

It didn't feel like it.  You could see like a mockery of the Fallout and TES worlds, but not Bethesda at all.
Rage was an id game through and through, not a Bethesda game. Fuck Bethesda and Zenimax for buying id anyway since id was planning to license out id tech 5 to everyone but now that they're part of them they aren't licensing it out, and only have 3 games that are planned to use it. I bet TES or Fallout won't even use id tech 5 because lol bethesda programmers. And soon it'll be time for id tech 6.
front updated wit this info: there is a tumblr now
http://12072299.tumblr.com/
one entry is in french and reads:"I wish you dreams without end, and the burning desire to make a few. I want you to love what is love and forget what..." - ELLA DEUX
They seem to feature vault-tech logos as well as sporting the ink spots singing: To each his own.
The Ink Spots - To Each His Own 1946
Yeah They will probably be using something new for this one. What did Skyrim run off of? Also, you think Obsidian will do this rendition?
Welp, the tumblr was a fake but tensions rise as apparently the site is hosted on GoDaddy. No confirmation on fake or misdirection.
