Did not see a Starbound thread, so I decided to make one.

For those that are not in the loop, the game kind of looks like Terraria in Space.
Didzo and I are trying to get people into a four pack. Post here if you are interest.
Still waiting for them to fix the XP issue, been playing on my sister laptop. Those sand & gravel caves are spookie.
searched their forums & someone made their own patch that fixed the crash
Found a lab on my starter planet & stole all the tvs hehe.
Prisons are brutal, bring a shield since they block every attack without fail. You'll need it to backpedal away from the people with guns until you find a door to close then hit them through.
already got tier 10 armor, discovered many planets, killed many helpless and not so helpless creatures.
The game feels a little dull when i put it up next to its older brother Terraria.
Space is great but i waited and anticipated this game way more then i ever should have. (thanks to a development that took almost 2 years of "maybe a beta is coming soon")
I feel let down (sort of my own fault, but i have standards) and i plan on building some stuff but otherwise, im going to tone down on my playtime now in favor of waiting for more content
I do not regret the buy, if youre on the fence over this, wait. Its a beta, it needs work.
I like this game, but adding music to this game was made with abc notation, which is turning out to be more of a headache than it's worth. If the devs made an easy implementation of them, it wouldn't be that bad.

Thanks man, my bro was hyping it a little bit to me. But he didn't want to explain away how unpolished things looked in the steam trailer.

All we have is the start planet explored, don't know who has explored where. There is a prison on the starter planet, but sogo and I cleared it out.
The entire world (universe) got wiped when they did character wipes. So there were no "home planets" set or anything like that.
Also, you can use starbound.tunedchaos.com if you want (if you can't remember IP).
Don't forget to group up when you're playing so you can find your buddies.
Is the server updated yet? I tried last night and my version was more recent than what the server was running... :-\
I wish the devs would release actual patchnotes instead of ending with "more soon".
