Be Right Back, Uninstalling

In case something hadn't been posted yet, these guys have a pretty comprehensive list of optimizations you can make to hopefully squeeze a few more frames out of PS2.  There are a couple more suggestions here than what I had seen scattered throughout the official PS2 forums and redditside.

I know I will at least be trying numbers 4, 10, and 11 tonight when I get home!
