Doing the Mark 06 plugsuit for Kaworu

The serger has helped immensely thus far, I should have the suit together easily in another sewing session, mainly the things I have to worry about...is the EVA Foam parts

Pieces:
4-way stretch Vinyl Body Suit - 75% Done
EVA Foam Chest Plate
EVA Foam Gauntlets
EVA Foam Back
EVA Foam Side pieces
Boots & Coverings
Lance of Longinus

Due date - 4/5 - Anime Detour

First of two layers, I have never made anything out of EVA Foam

Starting to look like what its supposed to look like

Stupid sexy Flanders! (WITHOUT the annoying loops)

Looks pretty good so far. But I'm wondering if it's a bit too loose at the middle of your back?

Im not sure if at this point I'd be able to take it in anymore, I fixed a bunch during assembly but I think at this point it might be tapped out

Are you going to be wearing it for a long time? I just wonder because it's going to get really hot under that suit

Probably 2-4 hours at most, considering I can't use the bathroom at all in it. I'll be wearing a cotton/lycra (spandex) zentai suit under it to wick any sweat

I should have the armor part done late this week, I feel like I made it too bulky though by double layering it, but we'll see how it comes out...

From the progress I saw on Tumblr, I say it looks good! Whatever makes you feel comfortable though, I'm sure it'll look nifty

Final...the armor got smooshed to shit enroute to the con...and in general I am not pleased with how it came out....also I know I have better pics of this coming from one of the con photogs I know

I have a much better idea now for how to make it...just do I have enough time between now and acen to pull it off...
