My computer finally died. It was losing bios settings and going through weird shutdowns occasionally. I'm 90% sure it's the mobo and I might as well get a new processor while I am at it. I'm thinking of upgrading my video card too while I'm buying parts. Shit maybe it's time to replace my boot drive while I'm at it.

I dunno recommend me parts that are at top to mid range and good prices please. I'm looking for the parts that are right before the price for performance ratio goes nuts.
People are helping me troubleshoot in IRC. If I do go for an upgrade I think I have about $500 for a budget. Any help will be appreciated, I will need to solve this by today either way. I'd use Amazon for the parts because I have prime.
And I made it through boot! Still looking for recommendations because I think I might be upgrading soon anyways. Basically just need advice on motherboard, processor, and video card. Budget is probably $500 or less. My current setup is Asus P6X58D Premium mobo, i7 930 2.80 GHZ processor, and GTX 560 Ti.
In case anyone was worried I think I identified the problem. My computer seems to hate my printer, which is fine because I hate it too. I left it unplugged after the move and it now boots up like normal instead of hanging at the detecting USB devices step.
