Trailer straight from Bethesda
So... this implies a bit more of the history prior to the vault situation and a German Sheppard companion... I'm for it.
Things I will break my pre-order rule for
  • Valve Games
  • Fallout
  • Pokemon
  • Zelda

I like physical things...any sort of digital shit (esp in a bethesda game) will be modded in.
Some thoughts:

The color palette is gorgeous in comparison to the past two games. I'm very happy to see that.
The game looks more scenic, and not just in a 'moar polygonz' way.
I get the impression there will be so much more to do than the other games, which seems to be a trend in the very large games coming out lately.

I was disappointed in the way the game appeared to run. It doesn't look smooth and sleek as I would have hoped for in a new Fallout. I'm hoping it's on a newer/updated engine because 3 and NV had this ominous awkwardness in the movement/animation department. The game still looks good, but this was the first thing I noticed that I didn't like (and honestly its the only thing I didn't like).

I hope it gets properly optimized for pc. I will most likely still purchase it on release day.

I'm hoping this takes place in California.

I guess it's in MA
Player character seems to be voiced, hope its either:

A) The writing is as good as Witcher 3 where the dialogue choices are all really good and aren't simply 3 choices that are all very obviously good neutral and evil like Bioware games
B) only important cutscenes have the player character speaking

Hopefully it's C) PC is only voice acted in the trailer.

The optimal decision.
On the note of good things, I REALLY like the redesign for T45-d power armor, it actually looks bulky like the other Power Armors, the Ghouls and towns we see in the trailer also look really nice.
The pre-order is $70 for Canadians on Steam.....

$60 USD

I'm doing what Caff is doing and waiting to see if there's a special edition.

Shit checks out, I really hope they went back on the narration, but I really like the idea of an isometric camera, I really loved that in Dragon Age Origins.

A few flaws in it, I don't believe it.

1.)"Absolutely everything is new, and no assets or scrips are being used from Fallout 3/NV or Skyrim."
In the first section of the Trailer you can see the pre-war outfits, "I'm Special!" book, and teddy bear used in Fallout 3, among other things

2.) Timeline, specifically the release trailers
Specifically the first trailer, the "E3 only release trailer" happened before E3, the post also doesn't say anything about Bethesda's first ever E3 conference, the sort of info a Bethesda insider would PROBABLY HAVE

3.) the returning creatures is an incredibly safe guess, Vicious Dogs, Super mutants, and Feral Ghouls? It's pretty hard to think of a Fallout game without those. If they REALLY wanted to seem legitimate, they would have made a bolder claim here.

4.)"I am strictly posting this in "REVENGE" for being fired (because I accidentally leaked some stuff to Kotaku)
How the hell do you ACCIDENTALLY leak info to Kotaku, furthermore, I'm fairly certain a large company like Bethesda would have some sort of nondisclosure order on an employee fired for leaking info, and pursue this kind of thing, Especially if that former employee makes these claims USING THEIR NAME, one that can be easily found by checking the credits of any Bethesda game
