Foggy?  People will probably cry foul on your graphics drivers / card right off the bat.

To take a screenshot that's easy to share, here's a quick step-by-step:
1.  Start TF2.
2.  Bring up the developer's console with "~" key.  Remember to enable this in Advanced Keyboard settings first in Options.
3.  Type the command [tt]bind f5 "jpeg"[/tt] in the console.  This makes F5 save easy-to-share JPEGs when you do screenshots.
4.  Hit F5 to capture a screenshot.
5.  Screenshot will be in your Steam's TF2 folder (dig down) in a Screenshots folder.

i dont get how you post a photo
once you've uploaded the photo to a site like photobucket or something, get the direct link to the image and use this:

Code:
[img]http://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm439/r0_DaWg/Icons/Duck.jpg[/img]

Then service yourself for taking directions so well.
Sorry for misreading "how do you post a photo" as "how do you take a photo" when I replied.
