Personally I think the best strategy is: first one to die on the stacked team switches to other team. Repeat until even.
I've been reading the server forums and a possible solution is doing map restarts to balance teams. Map change is the only time the game even attempts to balance teams so this could work without having to kick or yell. I need to figure out how to work the white list for BC2CC though so we can start adding admins at different levels.

lmao, DICE can't give us any sort of in game console or working core game functionality, I'd put real cash on there never, ever being any method of admin besides all or nothing.

You really want to laugh: the only way to admin in game except connecting to rcon via console is to have BC2CC or similar running. What happens is you white list your admins and CC monitors chat, when they see you type a command in chat they execute them for you. It's the only way to handle it with DICE's system and of course these programs have to be running.
at least they did us the favor of removing drm from the steam version :\
plus there are games that come out all the time committing much graver sins than "no console" and "no admin tools"
avp is probably the biggest travesty of all. fantastic multiplayer experience... when you get someone with a good connection. "no dedicated servers" neutered their own game right out the gate

I'm sure the guys making the games care, but all the publishers care about are profits.
but how do ded servers take profits? would it not be cheaper to not have your own servers hosting games?
I think they want games to be disposable now: good for a month or 2 and that's it you buy the next title they publish. Where as valve works by barely releasing anything but milking each title indefinitely.
they promise ded servers for avp, they just couldnt make launch date with them :\

I figured out how to do the BC2CC white list for chat admin commands. I will be adding admins. For those that have access check the locked thread I'm about to put up and edit as necessary (caff) because we all need to have the same white list because BC2CC has to be running for it to actually work. I'm going to run it for now but if anyone that has their computer always on wants to run the admin list for now let me know.
Also to access the white list above the servers click dashboard then in game commands.
Server was full 28+ from 7am yesterday until like 10:45pm....then it crashed..... :'(
I need someone to test @yell since it isn't listed in the commands but is in CC as a privileged. I gave this to everyone so don't abuse it. But a good way to use it is to yell to visit our site at the end of matches when it won't mess with gameplay.
