I don't know what to describe the mode as, so someone else do it for me.
Oh, do it so we play all those scout maps I like but everyone else hates.
Start things off with switchback. Then we move on to canalzone. Maybe some badlands if we're feeling crazy.

And sure Backfire, let's make this the CP-crazy edition. We'll start with Badlands since it won't scare off the pubbies as quickly. Then we'll move onto Switchback and do Canalzone later. Whatever crazier stuff you guys want to do let's do last, since the people who won't want to sit through it won't have to.
