Be Right Back, Uninstalling

So a shocking development recently happened. The guys behind the Portal mod, Portal: Prelude, just released their Left 4 Dead 1 campaign "I Hate Mountains". From what I heard and saw, this campaign is one of the most incredibly detailed and well done ever released for the games. It's atmosphere is said to be legibly scary and is just overall incredible. I was thinking of doing Killing Floor again, but with this just being released.... well, that can wait.

Realism Versus
The I Hate Mountains campaign is divided into five different maps, just like Valve did with their own campaigns in Left 4 Dead 1. The difference is that our campaign is entirely nature-oriented, there’s only a few building and most of the action takes place in outdoor environments, which is a challenge to build in itself. We also focused our development on offering a better re-playability by providing several long alternate paths in the levels that can totally change the way you play it.

[color=red]Important Note: When you install the map, you have to rebuild the audio cache in order to hear the custom sountrack. To do this, load up the map in single player, then type snd_audiorebuildcache in console. This will take around five minutes. Afterwards, just hit escape to return to the game. This only has to be done once.

Game starts at 8pm CST (That's the normal TFT/FNF time) but I put up a lobby 5 minutes to. If you wanna guarantee your position, show up early. Sometime this weekend, and i only have l4d1
so yeah if you guys would rather play l4d2 i dont care

ehh I hear the L4D2 version has a lot of bugs. I don't mind playing L4D1, either.

so I played L4D tonight, for the first time since joining the army.  And got my ass kicked.
