Be Right Back, Uninstalling

I've decided to auction off Fort Ryndren. Here are the specs.

- Outter walls are three units thick (Solid) of Smooth-stone. Creepers cannot arm at this distance and if by some chance they explode against the wall, damage is minimal.
- Storage Room walls are three units thick and stocked with empty chests.
- Main area of fort features a farm area, complete with trees, a pond, and a waterfall.
- Entrances are 'secure' with double steel doors and a three thick (Cuboid protected) secure-room.
- Train station from spawn to the fort with a Cuboid protected security station.
- Main tower with private room for owner
- Three to six rooms available to be rented out.  
- Farm underneath the main area for wheat farming and reed farming.
- Super dense forest around fort ready for tree-farming.

I probably should have made such things more clear...
Rules:
- Only Material goods are acceptable bids
- If you do not have the item in the amount you claimed, it will go to the next person. (And so on)
- Don't bid lower. (EG: Person A says 2 Diamond and the next person says 1 Diamond.)
- Blatantly duped materials will not be accepted.

Currently the best bet and also, expanding the deadline on the fort due to complications
