I used to admin two CS 1.6 servers for a dead clan/community.

I'm gonna bump myself because this past week I've been helping seed the server and this is something I will continue doing just ask joel XD

Talk to me on steam, just because you express interest on the forums doesn't mean squat so to speak, I wont approach anyone asking them to be an admin. Rather if you want it come talk to me and we'll see about giving it you. And by 'you' I mean anyone, not just you negate.

Too many admins is bad, but having too few can be bad as well. While I will love anyone long time in the butt that seeds the only real need seeding is a big friends list and the ability to type nominate and rtv to change the map.

No but the fix is to set your status as offline, then go online again.

Seems to be when your status is online. If you're away or busy it reappears. Weird but true.

If you bring in people out of your friends list, odds are they won't be asshats. Still, it is helpful sometimes just to be able to have an iron thumb, if not necessarily use it.

If I'm right, we've already talked about this, but I believe I'm a candidate for helping out with Server #3?
