Faction's Plugin <-- Take a look Should we add it?
I'm game. Though, how exactly does "war" work? Because, fuck yeah that sounds awesome.
I like the idea, but I need to know specifics on it, like how the land-claim and war system works. Also do you get a faction tag next to your name on chat?

Faction Admins and faction moderators can grant land.

For a a faction to gain territory you need enough "power" to do so. A factions power is calculated by the addition of every member's individual "power."

I'm not liking how much stress it places on war. It seems the entire mechanics of the plugin is built on that. The 'land claming' system is sounding really unappealing at that.

I think it would be a good idea if we had some productive methods of war, not just TNT bombing everyone else. Like for instance,

And so on. That way it's not just a clusterfuck of explosions.
im fine with the factions, also jobs sound like a good idea

As someone who has played on a successful faction server previously, here are the things I've noted:

1) You require a larger community than BRBu; something like enough to have 10-50 people on at all times to make it interesting
2) Without a way of relieving some of the supply buildup of diamonds and the like, the server starts to stagnate. You need to also add an economy (buy/sell) plugin so that people have a reason to sell their excess supplies, a reason to get money, and appealing things to get with that money that also don't harm the server's health.
3) As a pub server, factions isn't all that effective; most people just create their own faction to to be the hardcore lone wolf they always wanted to be ever since they saw that mind-shattering LINKIN PARK video. Those philosophers.

With all that said, I've voted yes, but I think it should be tested first.
No Wins, so no factions plugin.
