At the very least I know on point 3, that upper room no longer has stairs going up to it

You can check to see if it's done by checking the maps directory for yourself; http://kirby420.com/fastdl/tf2/maps/

If the very last map listed is zf_dustbowl_b4.bsp.bz2 then the mirror is done.
