Has anyone else played it or is interested in it?

I went and got it for my NOT R4, and I've enjoyed it immensely. I'm still in the first week, on the 4th or 5th day, whichever one is after the bat. I love the mechanic of the duel screen fighting, and the light puck thing. It can get a little confusing and hectic, but it's still fun. I just wish it were easier to control Neku and Shiki.

For those of you who don't know about it, I'll give you a quick synopsis. It's an RPG made by Square-Enix for the DS. You play as Neku, a "Player" in the "Reaper Games." You fight using psychs, or psychic powers that are based on pins you're wearing. The game is centered aroud the Shiuuya district of Tokyo, which roughly means "LA" in Japanese. The Reaper Games are missions you have to complete in a time limit, or you're "erased", and the Reapers sorta-control monsters called "Noise."

Speaking of the Noise, I love the names they have, they're all musically themed.
Oh my god this game is great.  You get skill bonuses for clothing brand you are wearing, get experience the longer you leave it off, and all these other quirky aspects.  I too got it for my NOT R4, and love it.  Also pick up Ouendan 1+2 for your NOT R4, if you haven't.
Aerox said it was really good, talk to him :|
Yeah, this game is awesome. I have it for my NOT Supercard. I didn't know there was more than one week :O. Don't spoil anything. Sad
Yeah I heard this was awesome.
This game is making me get Vandam's meet me in the alley version of TQ.

You know so I have the trade in credit.  Not cause I like sex in alleys with strangers.

I have the first, but not the second.

And yeah, the clothing influence is a fascinating aspect. It really fits in with the setting of the game.
I played it a ton for like, a couple days after it came out.  I got really good at it too.  Then I realized how the retarded pin evolution system works and got mad at it and started playing Rondo of Swords and haven't gone back, because Rondo is fucking amazing.
Oh and it's easiest if you do combo battles and focus on charging Shiku's fusion attacks while wearing gear that minimizes the length of her combo tree.  I would get A or S rank almost every time, with huge bonuses for fighting 4 enemies in a row.
Awesome game, sometimes the style and obsession with "fashion" can be a bit overbearing, but it's fun and unique as hell. The crazy combat in particular is totally fresh and makes me actually want to grind.

Sounds like I may be the only one with a legit copy though Tongue

Support unique games!
Can anyone give any pointers to top screen combat?  All I have been doing is pressing the left or right directional button to attack.  Not sure what up or down will do.  It just seems to end combat.

How far are you?  Have you gotten the slots system?  Anyways, if you press up/down then over, it does a different attack.
I tradsied in some games for this, like it so far.
I got stuck grinding this game for hours.  Good times.
I need to go get both this and Rondo of Swords.  I also need to somehow generate more time to play DS games.

I substitute sleep for DS playing.
I think won't download this when my 'DS MicroSD adpater' arrives.
I'm on to week 3 now, and I love Beat officially. He's such an idiort Big Grin
Josh is my favorite character for many a reason.  I just beat the game and currently working on the extra reports.  Fun stuff so far.
How many weeks is it?  I'm hoping at least 7.
