Kor,
I've known you for quite some time now. I would just like you to know that I care for you very much and I always have. I mean it. I don't know when or how it began, but I don't like you playing so much World of Warcraft. I don't want to disrespect you or anything, to you it may be great, but I think it's hurting both you and the community. I think I speak for all of us when I say that I've missed you dearly, and would like you to come back home and give up World of Warcraft. I love you.

      Love,
      Exanimo.

Now I think your brother, Vandamguy has something to say ...

really too tired to come up with anything witty. and dont really care if you play wow or not.
Pick up Conan, Cock Handler. It's easier to quit.
Eh, even tf2 gets boring after a while, time to take a break, even I do it every once in a while, I spent most of this week playing Lost Odyssey

[insert something whitty here]

Though there was an interesting article on Digg about how gamers that dont play WoW really look down on those that do...

Neonie

You play Word of Warcraft Kor? STOP DOING THAT RIGHT NOW.
TF2 never gets boring if you only play it a few times a week.  I've been addicted to MMO's before though, it's sad.  In fact, there's rarely a time I wouldn't consider going back to a private RO server.  They're oddly comforting timesinks, and because they never really end, you always have something to do.

Wiling away the FF11 days playing nursemaid in Valkurm Dunes by Raising poor fish food and goblin bomb eaters was a good mate-making pastime.
I'd be playing Ouendan 2 if I could find my DS :<

Hell, everything gets boring after a while but after seeing too many people get fired/dumped/etc because of WoW, I've become very weary of people who play it and almost disappear.

Kor, switch to real drugs, your social life will thank you! *grin*

He's not going to read this here.  What we need to do is find out what server he plays on and post it on there.

You got your BRBU in my WOW

Made me laugh. +1
Much love, much love mates.

I don't think I ever clarified what I was doing playing WoW so I'll provide some background. First and foremost, before I even purchased The Orange Box, I had been a part of a endgame raiding guild for more then three years. In those three years, I formed similar bonds of friendship that I am enjoying here. Although the majority of those good people have retired, some remain and that is a large part of my current playtime. Just like rediscovering old friends, you have a genuine desire to see what's happened both in-game and in their own lives. To those who have played an MMO in the past and had the chance to develop such relationships, you know the connection goes both ways. Therein lies the hook to most online games: People treat it as a more then a game, its treated as a community, not unlike what we've all built here.

Of course I'm still playing TF2, and I'm not going anywhere in that respect, but I've always been dividing time between TF2 and something else, be it Sins of a Solar Empire, my DS, Titan Quest. I think its alot easier to take a shot at WoW because its WoW and that stigma that its a soul sucker of a game.

I know this post has merit to its contents, and I see that people care about my presence, but I hope I can ask that people not ask me to choice between equally good groups of friends.  :-[

To end the post in a high note, have a puppy.
