Spider bite would probably be the least painful.

Drowning, you'll lose consciousness and not too much pain there. Burning alive I think would be one of the worst ways, save for maybe spiderbite, but that depends also on the spider

if it's spiderbite you also have the chance of it being a radioactive spider and you becoming spiderman rather than dying fuck yeah spiderman
