Did it deserve a 9? Smile
what would you give it D?
about a 5, the inverter was stupily bug, it doesnt need to be that big, and its a purely asthetic thing, its a novelty at best, and without sound activiation its not the best of novelties. With umlans starndards its a 5 and only because it works for what its for.

I tend to start with a 5 then go up or down if its above or below average.

Both the mouse and keyboard that I went over Id call fairly good buys in their category, a bit pricey and a few bugs, so not a 10, but good otherwise.

So I built an awesome rig in college, one which I recently put to pasture, I had cathodes, led fans, led PSU, UV active shit, the works, in a windowed case.  Well, I put a radeon 9600xt and A7N8X by Asus in there.  Well, this card and mobo don't play well with each other on bootup.  The simple solution was to just leave the thing on, a bright, shining monument to poor life decisions.  I was living in a dorm room at the time, my roommate fucking hated my computer.  Every night I would 'tuck in' my computer by tossing enough shit on it to block out all the lights.  I'm a subscriber to modest case decor now.

+1 because Ive done the exact same thing. If you sleep in the same room as your PC, odds are you shut it down or block out all the lights with your dirty clothes
I don't get extra lights on computers.  I want it to be functional, not decorative.
My PC is a PC, not a christmas tree... A nice design is one thing but I don't find chips with christmas lights appealing...

maybe its because i shared a room most of my life but a light/tv doesnt stop me from sleeping at all
