Just curious to see what was the first PC you used for the first time?

Mine was a Packard Bell from 1987 (or maybe 88, its been a while).  Had a nice CGA monitor, 5.25 floppy only and had roughly about 400mb of Hard Drive space.  I can't even remember how much Ram it actually had.

The first game I played on it?

So what did you kids first start playing PC games on?

Neonie

It was a windows 95 with the Library software (made different genre sections and your applications displayed like books on a shelf). There was a kid/game section and me and my sister would play Snake, Ski and various of the "Jump Start _ grade" games.
Some old Windows 95 computer. It was huge and could barely do anything at all.

When we got it checked out by someone, they said it looked like a server tower more than an actual computer.
It was a Macintosh 95 I think. Or somewhere around there. I mainly played the really old Snoopy game (can't remember the name.) and Mechwarrior. I was 4 or 5 at the time.
486 (first played), later Pentium 100 (first owned)

I don't even remember the stats. I just remembering going to my grandfathers' house, putting a floppy in his computer, and running a command on DOS to play Battle Chess, and Where in Time is Carmen San Diego.
i remeber 3 games:
ski free
terminal velocoty
and this other one where you were racing hovercars and you had guns was AMAZING.

Too bad I didn't know how to play chess then so i would set it to play two players and just see the results.
I was 4 or 5, and for some reason or another, my mom got a Windows 95 box that our neighbor had built.  The thing didn't even have color.  But it was cool, and the first game I played on it was Math Blaster.
My friends Windows 98 computer.

HERCULES THE PC ROM.
IBM XT with the classic green screen.
Dual 5.25 drives and a graphics card!!! It could produce graphs on the screen....

Or better yet, it would play Gato and Spacewar.

I also had a golf game that took 30-40 seconds to draw each screen.
First computer: C64 and MSX i think...

Hell yeah!
First to game on I couldn't say... it was somewhere around the late 80s, I'd go over to a friend's house and we'd play Kings Quest 3 and Space Quest on his dad's computer. First owned was a 486 either in 92 or 94, which I only remember because I remember watching the Olympics and playing Chessmaster shortly after we got it. Tongue

Oldest computer I've owned is a Vic20, which I picked up like 5 years ago. Never tried it out, and honestly wouldn't mind getting rid of it. Any takers? Wink
I don't remember what it was but a DOS system and playing commander keen was the first comp I ever played on.
No idea what the mongrel was, but the first thing I remember playing a lot of was Crystal Caves.

I remember once playing for so long that both of my legs had fallen asleep (I was sitting cross-legged on the computer chair) that when I finally went to stand up, I fell face first. I had to crawl out of the room, waiting for my legs to wake up...
