Is that Windows 98?
You need to have the main Rosetta Stone software installed, then you open up the app to install and register the language packs. If you want a quick and easy way to run a virtual drive and mount an iso, you can use the free windows utility, Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel. It's about halfway down that page.
nihongo is stupid.

After my japanese girlfriend in college broke up with me i wanted those 2 years back.
thanks mission.. so this is just a language pack? i need to dl a diff prog?
Yeah, that's what it looks like.
nah, looks to me like youve just gone to far inside the iso, get daemon tools and mount the image on one of the drives, should work.

Use Daemon tools to mount it

Depending on where you got it from Daemon tools won't work.  I *didn't* download the Italian language pack and when I ran the rosetta stone main app it asks for a disc.  So I mount the first disc in Daemon tools and all that happens is the image comes up via explorer.  The app never seemed to recognize the image and, therefore, never ran.

You might have to actually burn those images to a disc and run it that way with the main application.
I seem to recall that Rosetta Stone is a bit buggy when you acquire it in this manner; I'll have another look at it one of these days with HeK and see if we can figure out how we got it to work. That is, if we still have it or not, I haven't looked in awhile.

I specifically remember having a hell of a time getting it to recognize language packs though.

Lol, Budr.
Why bother with mounting?  Tried just burning the image to a CD?

Because the Windows XP start menu logo is so hard to tell apart from the Windows 98 one.  :Smile Can't fault MrGrey for preferring the Windows classic theme.

Welcome to Linux, where apparently everything is 1999.

Oh wait...
