Okay, so, at random times after playing games or even when I'm not playing games, I notice these small white lines going through text near the top of my screen, and after playing games, my text is somewhat fuzzy, but not unreadable. I've installed the newest EVGA drivers, but the problem's still there.

Any help? I'm using an EVGA 8600GT.
Nvidia and EVGA tend to not have the same drivers available. Did you try the drivers from both sites? Also, just curious, what temps is the graphics card getting to while playing games? Just run HWmonitor, play some games, then come back and look at the max temp reached by the GPU. I'm gonna call a borked GPU now though, since everyone and their grandma has been having hardware failures lately.

No, just from the EVGA site. Should I get the most recent from Nvidia's site?

Never had this problem with my old graphics card, so I don't think it's my monitor.
