Why the hell is HL2DM up there
Setting aside the fact that it's not a mod, it's not even that fun.
I think only mods from the "official" mods are going up on the list. Even if they all suck =<
Except Eternal Silence, which is absent.
Why isn't Synergy on there? Or Zombie Master?

We has never done Insurgency or DIPRIP. They both can be quite fun. I'll admin, even if we're doing a different mod.
I would want to try Age of Chivalry, except it's the buggiest piece of shit ever, and crashes if I so much as try to load the fucker.
So if I can't fix it and that wins we do PVK II instead.
Nevermind, got it to work and shit sux, zero depth to combat system (may aswell play TF2 melee only), so we're doing PVK II if that wins.
To all of you complaining about the choices offered, f u. I'm trying to help out and offer #2 up until the mod server gets back up and running, but I don't have the time or the patience to install anything that's not an automated install (ie the latest supported mods from valve).
But to answer Surf's question, yea, I was just going to pull #2 down for a few hours to run mod night.

Sweet, I'm really happy you are willing to do this. Also I also think we should stick to the valve release mods for several reasons.
1. Valve wouldn't host them if they weren't mostly bug free (no gamebreakers)
2. More access, lets face it not everyone here is a computer guru - this makes it easier to get a group going
3. Auto updates - no worrying about people having the wrong versions. Believe it or not this has screwed up several nights
4. What duck said, don't make him work harder
5. It should weed out the bitchy people who don't want to help but don't want to play what is offered by those putting in the effort
6. The act of hosting should be a kick in the pants for the devs to work on them, seriously some of these get updated once every lunar eclipse
7. There will be more and more mods released through valve so a patient person will get to play the one they want eventually
Also, one more thing: If the game gets old/turns out to suck, but people still want to play something, you guys can try steam messaging me, and I can change the server over to a different mod. So if something turns out to be a dud, hopefully everyone will still be around to try something else.
