Be Right Back, Uninstalling

Early Sunday morning; bored with all gaming, so why not post my introduction thread!

I refused to play any fps game since, simply put, I suck at aiming.  My friend bought TF2 for me, so I played medic and engy a lot at first, then decided to do some mouse + 1 and, for some reason, sniping.

I'm in my mid 20s, married (no kids), and teaching History at a high school in SW Arizona.  Originally from the NW burbs of Chicago, I do plan to return after a few years out here to get some experience and a full teaching certificate.

During this first year of teaching, I don't have much free time, but when Christmas break hits, I'm good to go

I'm an old school starter in gaming.  My first system was the Atari 2600, but I didn't get as much out of that as I did out of my Sega Master System.  My Dad hated Nintendo, so my first Nintendo system was the SNES which I bought from a friend.  I did, however, own the SegaCD and 32x, making my Sega32xCD version of Fahrenheit pretty sweet.  I still own Knuckles Chaotix, Lunar I and II and Shining Force CD, so I am happy.

Actually, my physics teacher is a heavy World of Warcrafter.  He even has his own blog.

Friend of mine got an exam cancelled because the teacher had a WoW raid the same day.

College classes need the littlest excuses to get cancelled.  I had one cancelled since the professor got a WARNING for speeding (didn't even have a ticket)...

I had a class canceled once because the professor wanted to go to a chocolate sale on the other side of town.

Brought us some the next class. Twas fucking awesome.

I always thought that never really started until the Genesis came out, and wasn't really around when the SMS was Sega's big thing.

I think I'm older than you yet you still got seniority because of your teacher cred.  How odd.  I guess you get automatic plus 10 to age points when you become a teacher.
