First of all, you might be wondering why this is in the PC games section rather than the TF2 section. Well, given how many people will likely be playing Left 4 Dead it seemed appropriate. So, welcome to the first multi-game edition of Friday Night Fights!
For Team Fortress 2 we have one map: ds_mysticruins. One of the first maps to incorporate a new user-created type called Dragon-Slayer. Each team has a dragon that flies around their end of the map, and their goal is to destroy the other team's dragon while defending their own. To make things a little more difficult however, each dragon is capable of defending itself with a level one sentry embedded inside of it. Also a protip: the head of the dragon is the vulnerable point.
In addition to TF2, I'm sure at least some of you pre-ordered Left 4 Dead and are now enjoying the "free" demo, server browser and all. I can't confirm that it will be up and running tonight, but ainmosni has stated that he converted his TF2 server to a L4D one. Whether or not this is up or not, there almost certainly will be at least a few people lacking a place to play. Vandamguy has created a BRB, 4 Dead, a steam group for BRBU'ers to get together and organize matches.
