Once again, another classy remark by the distinguished Sir Grey. Good show, sir!
I was only there for a day but I really enjoyed Golden Gate Park, Japanese Tea Garden was pretty neat.  There was some pretty good food down at Fishermans Wharf but it was mobbed with tourists like myself. I ate at this really good japanese place but it was some hole in the wall type place and I can't remember the name  :'( I didn't get a chance to go to Alcatraz but people have said it's worthwhile. Also iI thought it was freakin cold there but then again I live in southern California  Tongue
