That's the latest generation of ipod if I'm not mistaken. Just head out to your nearest apple/ipod store. It should have a variety of cases or armbands to choose from.

Are you sure it's real?  It looks kinda fake in the pictures, but that may just be the photo quality...

Its a 4th generation iPod Nano. I can tell from the pixels and from seeing quite a few in my time. And because I bought my girlfriend one for Christmas.
