I'm pretty sure we tried this before and it was terrible.
As a suggestion, if we don't do Dystopia, We do Fistful of Frags. It's a mod focusing on Spaghetti-Western style action with period weaponry.
I would actually try fistful of frags since I hear so much about it.
Fistful of Frags is pretty much just old west Counterstrike. It's generally frustrating until you can buy the few weapons that aren't totally useless. Not terrible, but not that great either.
Fistfuls of Shit was terrible. The hit reg is so bad you can shoot a guy in the toe and it registers as a headshot. That said, the game was funny as hell to play. It's a sort of morbid curiosity or something like that

Unless I'm thinking of the wrong mod, just being able to spam "pass the whiskey" allowed for a little bit of lulz.
