Ahoy, I'm Crystal, or Cunt Taco (yes, a dirty name!).
I know Luin and Hek in real life (yes, real life!) and they kept asking me to play but I haven't really ever played TF2 and I was scared of being a n00b. Well, I played a few maps today for TF Tuesdays and had a lot of fun -- so thanks to everyone who made me feel very welcome.
Uh, I'm 25, a lady, hailing from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canadialand.
Gee, what else? I like comic books, metal, music in general, reading, and (moronically enough) grammar.
Fuck, I hate introductions. Um, I am a very polite Canadian, as in, I try to keep the peace; but Luin will tell you that I have a sass mouth that is akin to hers. Don't mess. I hate, hate, hate, hate serious business playing and would rather have the lulz than the win. Uh...yeah.
Oh Em Gee...I can say really bad things, but please never be offended or if you are, just let me know because I hate hurting feelings and the like.
Well, this was the worst introductory post ever so I'm just going to go.
ETA: OMFG, Luin just made me edit to add about gaming?
So we started off playing Leisure Suit and that got me addicted to Sierra Online games like Police Quest, King's Quest, Gabriel Knight among others.
I'm in love with with Ben Croshaw ever since I played his Dafoe games...then I realized what a snarky, surly asshole he is and now I love him even more.
Uh, my dad used to have an Intellivision 2 and we'd play Dungeons & Dragons on it -- that's the earliest I can remember gaming.
I like RPGs a lot, pnp or things like Final Fantasy, Fallout, Neverwinter Nights, shit like that. I'mma start playing tabletop Warhammer soon with my roommate because we are winners like that.
My dad's a big gamer (and he looks like Gordon Freeman except FATTER and with whiter hair) and so whenever he would get a game for the PC I would play too, like Unreal, Quake, stuff like that. My name actually comes from when I used to play Quake 3 Arena.
I play a LOT of Left 4 Dead. It's such a great game.
UGH! Luin, I don't know what the hell else to say.
