Canadian according to his author profile. Maybe he's a Quebecquoi? Also, he's written 4 stories total as parts of the Fulllife Consequences series.

All I know is that I can tell from the pixels and from seeing quite a few in my time that it was posted using the same account that was used to post the first one.
