Well, ACE team has finally dropped their demo for Zeno Clash, has anyone tested it out? I heard they had a real bad time with pirates, and instead of using DRM they appealed to pirates by saying they wouldn't do anything but ask users to actually buy after trying. One of the main piracy reasons was likely the lack of a demo until now, so anyone give it a try yet?

Don't have a clue what this game is about or what it is, but I'll give it a go for kicks

Gave the demo a go and wasn't overly impressed. Interesting world it's set in, but not really sold on the melee combat. Not much into brawlers so I guess it's just not my kind of game.
I just tried it out. The gameplay was pretty good and the environments were really well made, but I don't think I'll pick it up anytime soon. If it goes on a weekend deal, I'll get it then.
Incidentally, I turned on cheats and went into thirdperson.

I meant it as I didn't wait for the demo, I just bought it. Not, I just bought it today.
Gave it a go. Got pounded in the second fight with the 3 guys, but I still need to rebind controls
 pretty good. Yeah I'd get it on a weekend deal or something.
Hahahaha, the third person model is awesome. They use some neat camera trickery to make the game look like it does, so that makes a good amount of sense.
Well, I have to say that for an Indie game, I am fairly impressed! I like the rest will probably be waiting out a weekend deal, but if I should find myself with a bit of extra cash, I might even pay full price. Either way, good enough that I won't pirate it.
downloaded demo today but then had GvG at 6 till 10, god i am sexy at games.
this sounds promising, fighting that apparently involves you in the game, i dont really give a shit about the fantasy world, thats why i love M&B so much.
will play tommorow after coll and tell you if its shit or not.
