UPDATE: Nevermind. It appears I underestimated my K8V SE DELUXE. Couldn't see the thumb drive in the boot priority list until I went to the hard drives list and set the SanDisk as #1.

I would like to give Windows 7 a whirl, but I don't have a DVD drive. Nor does my pretty old rawsome mobo have the capabilities of booting from USB, so I can't just put it on a thumb drive.

Does anyone know of a disk (cd or floppy) that can be booted into, which would then look for a USB device to boot off of? Or some other type of solution? (that does not involve upgraydding) Assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

Wait, so did you get this working or are you still in need of help?

The Syslinux package will do all of this... if you have the time to mess around with it.
Yeah I got it working, thanks. I may still look into this Syslinux.
Catch me on Steam if you need any help, I have built a bunch of Syslinux based toolkits for work. I especially love the USB based the the PXE based kits.
