The only difference I see is more G keys and a prettier LCD.

Re: Keyboard recomendations - zaneyard - 01-06-2010

i wouldn't buy the used one from "2 sellers"

it's an old model

Re: Keyboard recomendations - Versus - 01-06-2010

yeah, the $200 one is a 1st gen, why would they sell a used, older G15 for $200 ???

agreed
you'll notice how much of a gimmick the LCD screen on the keyboard is when you start using it

Re: Keyboard recomendations - Didzo - 01-06-2010

I got a Logitech G110 keyboard and a Razer Mamba mouse.

Now all I need is a decent internet connection; both wireless and ethernet intertubes have been awful recently.

So basically, no TF2 for the time being.

:'(

Or see who's speaking in Vent, or see your CPU/Mem usage, or frame rate, or CPU/Video/HDD/Case temps, or fan speeds, or... well, anything.
I actually make very good use of it.

Somehow you sold me too, and I don't even need a keyboard.....what is going on....I feel a sudden need to know my case temp from looking at my keyboard.....

Re: Keyboard recomendations - zaneyard - 01-06-2010

i guess vent plugin would be cool
but my fans control themselves, i don't really need to see what speed they are at

Re: Keyboard recomendations - Versus - 01-06-2010

wireless isn't actually the big problem the laser is

Re: Keyboard recomendations - HeK - 01-07-2010

There is no Vent plug-ing, Vent is just awesome and natively supports the G15.
So does Dragon Age and Crysis... and a bunch of other newer games.

Re: Keyboard recomendations - WaR1761 - 01-07-2010

One thing about the g19 that helped was that the media controls work on applications with out having to be focused on that window. This means I can minimize iTunes to the system tray and still have control.
