edit: Redline > all.

Well yeah thats common knowledge but I am not going to drive to a GNC every time I need a pick me up.  Besides, redline isn't very good for you if you aren't going to do any sort of athletics or activity with it.  And its especially not good if you plan on drinking as well.

I buy four-packs from a grocery store a mile away for $10. Tongue One time I drank ~30 oz. of coke and a bottle of Redline, then fell asleep 40 minutes after I finished the Redline off. I was tired the next day too.

Nope. I hate soda and girly drinks, can't stand all the caffeine or sugar. I can't even eat candy, it's too sweet... Also, "Get off my lawn!!"

I practically drink ONLY sodas.
I believe that I have not had a glass of regular water all year!
*slumps over and dies* ^^;

+1 for that. ^_^

I've only been doing my thing for a few years now, and frankly don't like sparring (much prefer the patterns aspect of it). Tongue

I'm not as much of a fan of sparring as chi sou or push hands.  I could do that all day  ;D

Chi sou (which is probably spelled extremely wrong) is a form of sparring where you link your wrists and move either in circles or semi-circles.  The idea is to feel your opponents intent through the wrists.  At its basic level you just use strikes, as you get more advanced you start adding grappling and even kicks.  Its weird how when you get good at feeling out your opponent you can predict a kick and where the kick will strike by feeling the movement of their wrists.  Also it really teaches you something else interesting.  People will often tense up before attacking.  This is very obvious during chi sou.  It's far more effective to stay loose so you don't activate your opponents defense mechanisms.  My Sifu can attack you many times before it even registers, part of this comes down to speed, but a bigger part than you'd think is that since he is so fluid mentally you can't differentiate between normal, defensive and attack movements.

Push hands is the tai chi form of sparring and comes down to balance.  It's very fun and difficult.  What you do is make an L with your stance, and the other person mirrors you with his front foot about a foot from yours side by side.  Than you lock wrists and make a circular motion front to back.  The goal is to push the person off his stance.  If you can make him move his back foot (or fall over) you win.  This also is done at many levels.  You should youtube this, there are some very cool old guys that do this and they actually throw their opponents across the room.  It can look fake but it's true, it's happened to me.  It's an "uprooting" technique where you push a person up as well as out, making it impossible to sink into your stance to absorb the force.  Also if done strong enough people who are used to it will pick up their feet so they can land and not tumble over backwards (and possibly hurt themselves).  This makes it look more dramatic when you see it done.

Also on caffeine, it's mostly coffee and coffee based caffeine (most caffeine in your drinks comes from coffee, where do you think the caffeine in decaf goes?) that effects me and a lot of other people I know.  I like coffee but have to watch how much I drink.  I mostly substitute tea, for coffee.  Tea has more caffeine than you'd think but it absorbs differently and doesn't give me the same effects (screwy heart rate when working out, etc).

If you really want some crazy caffeine caff you should try yerba mate.  It's a drink from south america and is like liquid cocaine.  You can get it at hippy coffee places but they never really make it right so you don't get the full effect.  To really experience this drink you need to go to a latin market and buy a mate straw.  It's a metal straw with a strainer at the base.  Then buy a pack of mate.  To make it fill a mug about 1/2 to 2/3 full of mate (it's recommended that you rinse it first to clear out the mate dust, also it might be too strong if you don't) then top it off with hot water, add sugar and drink.  You can let it steep for a little bit first.  After you drink it all cover it and put it in the fridge, you can get 3-4 brewings out of the mate.  In fact most like the 2nd and 3rd the best.  The first one is intense, like drinking a couple cuban coffees.

The thing with mate is that it not only has caffeine, but a couple other chemicals in the same family as caffeine.  So you are getting an alkaloid cocktail.  Warning caff, you might enjoy this drink a lot.

Dunno what Fiesta is?  But also Mate tastes like non-carbonated cola.  It's quite tasty.
