There's nothing really distinct that I can pick out, but there's something I just like about the second.

Actually I was thinking who on BRbu I could ask to remix a song from Half Life then I remember the ubercharge mix and realized I hadn't seen him around in a while.

If you can get me an MIDI file of something I would be more able to make a remix of something, the only reason I was able to make the TF2 mix was that I stumbled upon the notes while playing around with my keyboard, I just figured them out myself. . .

The thing about an MIDI file is that its practically Sheet Music for a computer, it lays out the notes of the song, and it makes it easy to remix something when I have the melodies at hand, because I REALLY suck at writing notes by listening. . .unfortunately just an MP3 wont do for me to make a remix of it. unless I make a lame beat overlay, and those suck.
