What Cisco system are you on?

I use Cisco at work with our 4 main servers that I support, but I'm not really sure what interface you are using or exactly what software.  Are you just trying to alter the port number and that is all?

However remember when in doubt use Google.

Z
the router i was useing is 1721
beleive me i am not a noob to cisco but i just dont remember for the life of me how to do this.
No i am not changing any port,  what i want to do is.... or i mean....
I am consoling in to the router trough the telnet,
Then i want to use another session of telnet (from the routers console) to try and hit the unix box that is running a telnet server.
The problem is that the telnet is configured on port 50002 on the other end.

Making sence?
