| I finally fixed this issue. Apparently steam super updates a file in the steamapps/cache folder.Â
Disabling this directory from virus scans from your favorite anti-virus program seems to resolve ... |

Since the new patchy, every time I die or kill someone (or someone dies close), my screen hangs up for about 1.5 secs.
Then it's back to buttery smooth play time. Needles... |
