Downloading the torrent and fully supporting using torrent for our mappacks... Caff, if you do go with torrents for the next map pack set your client to 'super seed'. It will prioritise one client first to maximise seeds on the torrent....

I will keep on seeding btw...

Signature temporarily out of order until I get off my lazy ass to fix it.

Sweet.. If enough people continue to seed this one, in the future map packs will only have to include our newest additions. I'll give it a download and leave it seeding, but I won't be the most reliable seeder (torrents get your machine cockblocked hard here, I don't like having shit for bandwidth)  :|

I'm seeding but I don't normally leave my client running all that much.

How would this work?

I'm about to head to work.  I see that I'm getting a Connection Error (timeout) on the tracker.  barf.  I'll set it to Forced Seeding and see if that makes it retry or some such.

What do you mean? We could just say, download map pack 5 and 6. The benefit I was seeing is more that Caff doesn't have to reupload every single map whenever it's time to make a new map pack (I'm sure uploading the same 2 gigs of maps is real exciting by now). Course, people could also use downthemall on the downloadurl, but it would be up to someone else whether they want to give that sort of thing out.  :|

Hey there, Vandam!  Big Grin  Also, I'm glad you've got visibility on the torrent, because I don't >_> .  I keep getting intermittent timeouts, Connection Refused, and other such nonsense.  (checks again) And now it sees the swarm.  Anyway, thanks for helping with the torrent! <3  Good seein' ya again.
