Massive Update.  MASSIVE.

All of the existing maps are supposedly re-worked and tweaked, and super-sexified (which is sayign something cause they were sexy before), plus two new full maps.

AHL is nice, but this sounds mega awesome.  I remember the last time we played and constantly knifing Geoff until his cortex bomb went off and he got teamkills for it.

So I was screwing around in this yesterday afternoon, and realized it was just as hard as I remembered. Bleh. However, I got props from someone for wearing the |BRBu| tag, which was pretty amusing. The dude said his brother 'plays in our TF2 branch'. Wonder who it is...

The hard part is mostly the maps and their learning curve, as each map has very specific objectives that need to be done.  Once you learn the maps it's a lot of fun.

That was probably my brother. Dystopia is pretty much the only game he plays nowadays. Before the update he was ranked first on their global leaderboards.

I've wanted to play this mod for a long time (cyberpunk stuff gives me a hardon) and now that it's on steam I think I'll finally bite the bullet.  We should play this together sometime.

Now I've just gotta free up some harddrive space...

Yeah, that's him. They reset the stats with the 1.2 release, so he isn't first anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes it back over the summer, though.

Consumer-end hdd's are literally down to ~10GB/$1, why don't you just upgrade already instead of always having stupid issues like that?

i cant find/afford anything that is SATA
also, i dont wanna invest in something that isnt gonna be used in the 'future' (more like present)
eventually ill get to the point where i can start building a new box, but right now i have to pay back some money that i owe.
next month is my birthday, maybe ill pull in some coin then..

Played it yesterday, had a blast.  The infiltration/objective based play reminds me of Titan Mode in BF2142 and Quake Wars (but better).  Totally dig the aesthetic as well.  Can't wait to play more.  If I'm on steam and you wanna play, msg me.
