Photos #3 and #4 are not glitches unless he got to those positions without the use of noclip. Valve designed the maps to only have what you can possibly see and nothing more. #5 is only a glitch if he didn't use a noclip-like means to get there as well.

I think the idea is this...

Also, i think someone posted a huge gif that looked like a blue balls factory. A couple weeks ago i noticed you could do the same as the above gif, but also sideways

So I have this router, right? It's p.nice and not some Linksys crap, it's got a decent SPI firewall and VPN capability.

Problem is, the little 300Mhz CPU, RAM and the switch liked to get really damn hot when it gets really loaded down, because there are no vent holes anywhere in it's case

So out comes the trusty dremel tool, a 40MM fan and the leftover heatsinks from my awesome GPU adventure this past weekend.

Now it's got a variable speed fan, heatsinks on everything that a heatsink would fit on, and louvers on the side.
