So today I'm at work and this kid and his mom walk in and my boss is like "oooh hiiiii I haven't seen you in forever!" and the mom is like "yeah, chris's dad passed away a little while ago of brain cancer" and I'm all like wtfffffff and the kid normally has a bad attitude about learning this math stuff but today it was just like and then I got home and remembered that my best friend from middle school's mom died of a brain tumor 5-7 years ago and a few years ago his little brother had a brain tumor.

Then I had to finish my damned calculus project.

Accidentally hit rm -rfI instead of rm -rfi in /var/www on the FastDL box that also holds the Mumble user registration page and all my image hosting.


Uhhhh.


Guess what one directory I never made a backup for because I was too lazy to script out ignoring the fast DL directory?




If you're clueless:


rm -rfi means "remove, recursively in this directory, force delete, interactive (ask for y/n on every file)"

rm -rfI means the same thing, but only ask once if there's more than 3 files that are going to be canned.
